Fuller OS — Reclaim Your Time
Engagement terms
Plain language, because you should be able to read this in three minutes.
Last updated 7 August 2026.
The guarantee. You don't pay unless one workflow is built and
running in your practice before we hang up. The session runs first; the invoice
follows only if that workflow is live. If it isn't, there's no invoice and
no obligation — you keep the recording and anything built.
What the session is
- Ninety minutes, live
- A working session, not a presentation. Roughly: workflow audit (0–20), ranked
opportunities (20–40), one workflow built while you watch (40–70), 90-day roadmap
(70–85), handoff (85–90).
- What you get
- The recording, the workflow built during the session, a written 90-day roadmap,
and two weeks of follow-up questions by email. All of it stays on your engagement
page, which doesn't expire.
- What it isn't
- It isn't clinical advice, and nothing built replaces clinical judgement. It isn't
a managed service — after the session, what was built is yours to run, unless you
take an ongoing arrangement.
Money
- Price
- CA$597 for the session, invoiced after delivery. The checkout bills Canadian
dollars, which is what this figure is. Later stages — Reclaim Care, Rewrite Sprint,
Digital Twin, ongoing optimization — are quoted separately and never assumed.
- Payment
- Payable on receipt of the invoice, by card through the checkout link on your
engagement page.
- If the guarantee isn't met
- The guarantee is invoice-after, so there is never a payment to claim back: if one
workflow isn't built and running in your practice before we hang up, no invoice is
raised at all. Once an invoice for a delivered session is paid, that payment is
final — the work has already happened and you keep everything from it.
Scheduling
- Rescheduling
- Move it as many times as you need with 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours, or a
no-show, the slot is gone — book another. Nothing is charged either way.
- Preparation
- The audit form matters. It's read before the session, and it decides what gets
built during it. A session booked without it starts twenty minutes behind.
Your information
- What is stored
- What you type into the audit form, your engagement record, and anything you
choose to share during the session. It is used to run your engagement and nothing else.
- Confidentiality
- Your practice's specifics are not shared, sold, or used as a named example without
your written agreement.
- Patient and client data
- Don't send identifiable patient records. Workflows are built against structure and
test data; you connect the real data yourself, inside your own systems.
- Deletion
- Email jonathan.fullerhealth@gmail.com
and your record and engagement page are deleted.
Ownership
- What you own
- Everything built for your practice during the engagement, along with the recording
and the roadmap. Use it, change it, hand it to someone else.
- What stays mine
- The underlying method, templates, and reusable components brought into the session.
You get a perpetual right to use them inside your own practice.
The boring parts
- Liability
- Automation is a tool and you remain responsible for what your practice sends,
bills, and files. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement.
- Governing law
- Alberta, Canada.
- Questions
- Ask before you book, not after:
